Who this is between
HatchX is operated by Shivora.ai. It is licensed to a collective, and the people who use it do so through an account their collective created for them.
Accounts
There is no public sign-up. A collective's admin creates accounts and issues PINs, and is responsible for who holds one. Tell your admin immediately if you think someone else has your PIN.
The data is the collective's
Orders, production, deliveries and payments belong to the collective that recorded them. We hold them to run the service. On request we will export them, and on the end of a licence we will return and then delete them.
What the service does not do
HatchX records what a collective tells it. It does not verify the accuracy of an order, a weight, a price or a payment, and it is not accounting, tax or veterinary advice. Decisions about livestock and money remain the collective's.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and will tell you in advance about planned work. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and the app keeps working offline for the things a rider needs mid-run.
Billing
Licences are agreed with each collective directly and invoiced by us. Nothing is sold inside the app.
